Harrison Street Bathroom

The Challenge:

This space began as a true blank canvas-a roughed-out corner of an unfinished art room. Our goal was to transform not only the bathroom but also the adjoining guest room, creating a pair of spaces that would feel vibrant, welcoming, and full of personality. The vision was clear: infuse the design with bold pattern, rich texture, and confident color.

The Transformation:

We delivered on all fronts. A striking shower wall became the focal point, its design echoed in the sink’s backsplash for a sense of cohesion. A pebbled shower floor brought a natural, tactile contrast to the otherwise graphic elements of the room. The most unexpected twist came with the vanity-a last-minute decision to abandon the original wood finish in favor of a vivid fuchsia. When my client couldn’t quite picture the piece in stain, I suggested, “Let’s paint it!” The result was pure joy-both of us instantly fell in love with the color.

Today, the space brims with energy and charm, and every guest who visits can’t help but rave about this bold little bathroom.
