I walk you through the steps of working with me, we discuss your investment level and confirm the full scope of work you want done. After this meeting I will send you a project proposal and a project investment estimate. Once the contract is signed and the initial investment paid - the fun part begins

Phase 2: Trade Day + Site Measure

Think of this as our action-packed kickoff. We measure, photograph, and take inventory of pieces worth incorporating. Trusted tradespeople—painters, contractors, workrooms, wallpaper installers - join us to evaluate the space and provide input. This collaborative day lays the foundation for seamless execution.

Phase 3: Concept Design

With all the details gathered, we translate your wishes into a cohesive vision. Floor plans, mood boards, color palettes, and samples come together to illustrate the look and feel of your future space. This is where you’ll begin to see the possibilities. We also review budget projections and ensure we’re aligned before moving forward.

Phase 4: Detailed Design + Investment Review

Here’s where your home takes shape in vivid detail. We present complete layouts, furniture selections, and finish samples—from fabrics and woods to flooring and wall coverings. This stage is where we take the reins completely. Orders are placed, sizes and finishes are verified, and deliveries are tracked meticulously. We handle product inspections, coordinate receivers, and resolve any issues behind the scenes—so you don’t have to.

Phase 6: Coordination + Site Visits
